I hope they add more background tracks to online multiplayer, the three they have are going to wear thin after a while

I'm getting better at the roller, or specifically, hitting people with the splatter rather than trying to run them over
I still need to learn how to wall ambush though

Odd, I have become exceptionally good at destroying people using rollers. :>
The snipers get me every time, though.

It's a good thing me and one other person on the entire planet ever go sniper every now and then.

So I ended up in a match with ALL Japanese players and (surprise surprise) lagged out a minute into it.

Rank 11, only dabbled into the single player so far. Am writing a game log / fanfiction mashup as I go, so I gotta go slow. It's hella fun though. Would be even more fun if I was better at such games, but my reaction times and surrounding awareness have never been up to par.

Duplicate effects are bothering me though. So duplicate effects do not duplicate the effect, but still a single piece of clothing can have the same effect multiple times. That basically erases one effect slot.

The NES Zapper weapon and a new map will be available later today, as will Ranked Battle.

My brothers and I have been playing Splatoon and it's so fun! It was funny when we bought the game though, because the guy at Best Buy had to ask us what it was about, haha. My big brother called it an "objective based Call of Duty for kids involving squids and ink".

I honestly think that what I like best about it are the stupid memes and drawings people make.

A walk through Inkopolis is always amusing! Miiverse is an invaluable part of this game, really.

My 3-Pack of amiibo arrived today.
Edit: !! I really was not expecting the detail of these amiibo! The ink tanks on the Boy/Girl ones actually look like partially filled containers, and the squid form one just looks A+ anyway

It looks really good but offline multiplayer is only 2 people which kinda sucks.

Victory with 69.7% over 14.0%.

I think this is the greatest margin I have won by. There was someone in Inkopolis who was saying they won 85.3% to 3.0%.

I always feel bad whenever I win by a lot. Not because I feel bad for the other team, but because I'm always last whenever that happens so I feel like I made the team do it all.
Also I like Saltspray Rig. It's fun to navigate and has things for both Rollers AND not-rollers. I would like Walleye Warehouse more, but in that one it's too easy to go ink the other team, which kinda ruins the game for me.
Kind of.
KIIIIIND of.

85.4% to 7.3%. That was brutal. The match started by lagging out two of the opponents, but kudos to the two remaining guys for playing it through.

Edit:
86.3 vs 4.8 but full teams on both sides. thrashed em.

Edit2: the bragging continues:
That feeling when you smash through an entire team with your Aerospray.

Came back from work to find that my bro had bought Splatoon! Haven't gotten to play it yet though, I went to a movie and my younger bro it using the tv right now. :V Oh well, I guess I get to be a squid kid tomorrow!

That's so true... either I'm fourth / third in the winning team or first / second in the losing team.

I think I'm slowly getting better. Level 15 of the gamepad waiting time mini game is hell, though. Three pixels wide moving platforms?

It's Previous on the Nintendo thingy if anyone wants to 'accidently' meet online
