I was really confused while reading this because I think what you meant to say was something more like "on either team"
It's either that or you managed to get both the most kills/assists and deaths of anyone in the game.

Something I never understand is I always have the second most gold on my team, even though im a support main. My ADC will have the most gold and I'll have the second most, even if another lane does as well as us, anyone know why this is? I apologize if this sounds like im bragging, im just generally curious if anyone knows why this happens.

The support gold-gen items are honestly pretty efficient. Other than that, guess it depends on what support you're playing and how good your waveclear is mid and late game.

I'm not sure, though it could perhaps be because of something that too many players are unaware of the existence of. Assists.
I might be mistaken, but keep in mind that the total gold amongst team members is always greater in an assisted kill than it is in an unassisted kill, and adding more assisting members to the kill increases the total gold further.
Gold generation from support items and materies, perhaps runes as well, helps too.

Oh yeah, that too, especially since they made assist streaks a thing. You can start getting some good cheddar from several assists in a row without dying.

Who're the best supports right now? I usually only play Sona, Janna, or Annie support, though I'm still stuck in Bronze. ;w; I've also been thinking of trying to be a bruiser bot lane, but I only have AP runes and masteries..

Janna is the best support in league right now, she has the highest pick/ban rate of supports and does everything a support needs very well besides tanking.
From the sounds of it you enjoy harass supports, id suggest lulu if you want to stick to harass supports.

I prefer tankier in your face supports like Leona, Thresh, Braum. Tanky supports have been my main since the end of season 2 so in my heavily biased opinion they are the best. Leona was my main for a long time, but to be honest BRaums probably my best as Ive almost never lost a game with him.

The only support you shouldnt play currently is Taric, unless you have another champion with armor shred on your team. Preferably a Corki or Urgot that actually is in your lane. Unless you combo with them Taric just performs so poorly compared to other supports as he is right now there is always a better choice than him.

This game makes no sense. Yesterday, I was playing with some friends and there were a lot of golds/plats on the other teams, and I actually held my own fairly well. Then today, we were playing against silver and bronze players and I just did terribly. Guess I just burned myself out playing so much yesterday and need a break.

I didn't think it did. I still did worse today than yesterday though. I did get counter picked a lot more though today, and that could be part of it.

I like playing Taric but I just wish my teammates that there's such a thing as "killing" the enemy.

Clearly the only solution is to go full-damage Taric.

That was really fun to play before they changed his passive with a nerf that was not unlike losing a freaking limb.
