I just need 40 more coins to get the last thing I want, but I'm broke right now and have no way to get those last 40. I bought a few Wii U and 3DS games the other day, but for some reason, only one of them actually had a Club Nintendo code in it. They were all brand new too. What a rip.

Would anyone here who has an unused and unneeded Club Nintendo code for some fairly recent game mind sending it to me in a PM? I would really appreciate it. I probably only need one.

Not sure if this topic belongs in Videogames or not.

Were they games still old enough to have codes on them? Because newer titles don't have them since Club Nintendo is being discontinued and stuff.

If they are old enough, the codes might be on the back of the cover paper thing. I had a game that didn't have the pamphlet and found that some codes are just on the inside of the paper part of the cover.

Sorry, I don't have any points to spare though.

It's pretty clearly stated on Club Nintendo that everything that came out after January 1st is no longer viable for Club Nintendo. It's not a rip.

They didn't come out after January 1st though. They were all games that were released last year.

In that case the codes were probably stolen and that's still not the fault of Nintendo, but it is still a problem for you

There are three free downloadable titles on the 3DS eShop and one on the Wii U eShop that will give you five coins, that's 20 already. An indie game going for 10 dollars or more should get you the other 20 coins you need. A list of eligible products can be found here. Note that Post Play Surveys can no longer be filled out. Only the registration survey will be made available to you.

Now that I think about it Pokemon Bank may also give coins

Well, crud. My 3DS is being weird right now and won't recognize my internet router for some reason, so getting those games for their free coins isn't an option. Guess I have no real choice now but to sit and wait for some generous person to share a Club Nintendo code or two with me.
