Little mac is supposed to be back in stock soon at Bestbuy I think.
Also for anyone interested In Gurnee IL at the Bestbuy is Toon Link, and at the near by Gamestop is Sonic.

There are leaks saying that Splatoon Amiibos will be a thing.

An online retailer in South Africa listed them on their website, with a release date of May 29th. There are three versions listed: a boy Inkling, a girl Inkling, and a Squid amiibo that comes bundled with the game. The store also has Amiibo listings for Greninja and Jigglypuff, which aren't even in Wave 4. However, I suggest that you don't try to preorder them on that site until they're confirmed.
