Order them off Japanese Amazon, typically you'll get better prices than English Amazon, Amiibo aren't reigon locked, and scalpers are less intense.
Yes you can pay using USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, etc. It's all converted into yen on their side.

Well I just checked out Amazon.jp and it doesn't look like any of the amiibo vendors ship overseas. Am I missing something or...?

Edit: While there are some international Amazon websites that ship globally, none of them take PayPal, so it looks like I'm SOL.

They didn't even have Bowser, rarest they apparently had was Samus, apparently she's starting to become rare.

I got a Fox amiibo, and I'm waiting for Falco to be released. I don't even play Fox, neither do I have Smash, not to mention a WiiU in the first place. I'm simply a big Star Fox fan and there's 0 merch for the games, so that's as close as I can get unfortunately.
