As she gets up, people are surrounding her, begging for an interview for Shall we Dowse.
Interviewer:Egad, a protein?! Can we tell people about this?!
Trainer Katie:Uh-
Interviewer:What's your name?!
Trainer Katie:It's just a--
Interviewer:May?! Sweet, thanks!

Trainer Katie checks her buzznav to see her with a surprised/shocked expression holding the protein in "Shall we Dowse?"

Spirit Drag
Bowser, Ganondorf, King Dedede, and Donkey Kong all are about to battle on the roof of the Spirit Train.
The train can't handle all the weight, and lurches forward a couple inches slowly, then collapses from the weight of the four combined.

Another possible idea is that the train gets sent horribly off course from a bomb or random attack, or just completely wrecked after the battle.

Mesmerizing
Mother 3, just the fact that Fierce Pork Trooper continues to read the DCMC pamphlet when being smashed, blown up, and set on fire by Lucas, Kuma, Duster and Boney.
And I was gonna say something about Salsa apparently being able to 'fire its cannon' using Monkey Mimic, but Juicy has already stolen that punchline...

Cross Procrastination
Phoenix or Apollo is having trouble with a testimony/cross-examination. They make the witness repeatedly say their testimony, and time-skip a long time later, where half the court is reduced to skeletons, and Apollo/Phoenix is still thinking it over, and making him repeat.

I got nothing for the title
Any of the DLC characters for Awakening are about to land their last blow on Gharnef, Nergal, Zephiel, Lyon, Arvis, etc. when they suddenly glow and disappear out of existence.
We then see Tactician Katie and Chrom with pop flyin' faces that they recruited another unit, whilst the Einherjar freaks out over his/her kingdom.

A special exception with Marth, if he is recruited, the world suddenly changes to ruin ruled by evil when he is brought over. Or Chrom and Lucina disappear.

A Mass Kicking:
Marth opens a party balloon. Grabs a boomerang and throws it. A Poison Mushroom hits him from behind and he shrinks. Boomerang returns and carries tiny Marth off.
Could also easily substitute in Link.

Or maybe he could eat a Poison Mushroom while carrying a crate and be crushed.

Room For Improvement:
Pit consistently lands in 4th place in Smash.
PIT: "I don't know how this could get any worse."
Pit now consistently lands in 8th place in Smash.

PopCap Lame/Hyper Allergenic:
Luigi takes a Peanut Gun blast to the face. Goes down.
IKE: "Oh, get up, those barely hurt."
Ike is repulsed when he looks down and sees that Luigi's face has swollen from an allergic reaction.

A Real Bombshell

-Trainer Katie enters a Wheezing into a Beauty contest, while Lisia/other trainers snicker/look confused in the background
-Contest starts, Wheezing goes last
-Trainer Katie orders Wheezing to use Explosion
-Cut to all the other contestants running away as the Wheezing starts glowing for an explosion
-The contest building explodes
-The judges pop out of the rubble and declare Katie the winner, as she's the only one who didn't flee (Alternatively, they pop out of the rubble holding 10's across the board)

This idea brought to you by the fact that Explosion is considered a Beauty move

Could we perhaps beg the Gods for another World of Warcraft Comic?
Perhaps one which involves the immense amount of time players will wait to get a rare mount. For instance, one of the rare world bosses of Draenor, Poundfist, has a spawn rate of 50 hours to 168 hours....

The two Felynes drop off the Hunter.

Four Hunters are hunting a Quropeco
Quropeco does a call that none of the Hunters have heard before

Hunter 1: Wait, what's that monster call?

We see a shadowy figure looming on a cliff above the Peco
Deviljho jumps down and crushes the Peco, killing it
Deviljho roars victoriously as the "Quest Cleared" box pops up
"60 Seconds until Return to Guild" box pops up as the Deviljho starts looming ominously over the Hunters, each of them very clearly scared/trying not to wet themselves.

Carving Woes/Three's a Crowd/Some Other Name

Random Hunter has just killed a Rathalos/some other monster
Hunter carves off three parts, getting stuff like scales, webbing, etc.
Hunter sees a Rathalos Ruby/some other rare drop in the carcass of the beast, gets excited
Hunter reaches to grab it
Monster disappears in a puff of smoke, leaving only the three carves the Hunter got earlier
Hunter lets a single tear fall down his face

This can also apply to most any Grindy sort of game or MMO, I'm sure

Gun Dame/ Viral Lock & Load:
Dr. Mario is brought in to perform surgery.
MARIO: "What have we got?"
PEACH: "Gunshot wound to the torso."
MARIO: "Any vital organs hit?"
PEACH: "All of them."
Luigi is laying on the surgical table with a giant Banzai Bill lodged in him.

Fighters stare at bowls full of white spheres.

Marth attempts to take a bite out of a flat strawberry.

Joke can go on longer with different cooks. Mr. Game & Watch's turn to cook has the crew running screaming as he flips food at them. Kirby and Yoshi provide still living enemies, tied up with apples in their mouths. Etc.

Powered Suit/All Armor/Ghost in the Shell:
IKE: "So like, are they two different people?"
PEACH: "I have no idea. I asked Link about his Toon situation and he started talking about timelines and string theory. You ask her."
Ike looks behind him to see Samus sitting on the couch. Ike sits down next to her.
IKE: "So are you and Zero Suit the same person or...?"
Zero Suit Samus walks in.
IKE: "I guess that answers tha..."
Zero Suit sits down on couch, jostling the other Samus which falls apart into pieces of armor.

Scarecrow:
Samus steps out of Power Armor and polishes it. Leaves it standing there. Falco shows up and picks a fight with the Power Armor. Samus returns to find her Armor being attacked by an infuriated Falco.

AFK/Smash In Absentia/Tin Woman:
Zero Suit Samus is lounging on the couch when she hears an announcement from afar.
ANNOUNCER: "Ness VERSUS Samus!!"
Samus looks up in surprise. Hears clanging and explosions.
SAMUS: "I'M NOT EVEN IN THERE YOU DIMWITS, STOP SCRATCHING MY SUIT!!"

A Flame Pickup Line:
Samus deactivates her Power Suit and appears in her Zero Suit.
IKE: "So that's your Zero Suit."
SAMUS: "Yup."
IKE: "Guess that makes your Power Armor your Plus 1 Suit."
SAMUS: "Heh, yeah, clever."
IKE: "So going to show me what the Minus 1 Suit looks like?"
Ike raises his eyebrows suggestively.
Last panel shows Ike sitting next to Bowser on the couch.
BOWSER: "So that's when she set your clothes on fire?"

Winded/Popped Star:
Kirby grabs the Gust Bellows. Mistakes it for a giant bottle.
LINK: "No, Kirby! That's not a..."
Kirby inflates massively and then pops.

Howling Wind:
Marth picks up the Gust Bellows. Examines it with Link.
MARTH: "This is one of your ridiculous weapons isn't it?"
LINK: "Yup. That's the..."
Marth activates it. The Bellows releases a loud yell.
LINK: "...Bellows."

My Brain Headache/Inner Pieces:
Samus, Falco, Ike, and Pikachu battle in Magicant. One of them sets off an explosive. Ness is sitting on the couch when he suddenly gets a nosebleed.

Smash Flu 3DS/Fever/Impalements:
Wario, Bowser, Pikachu, and Ike battle in Magicant. Each one does something that causes a different effect on Ness. Wario wafts, causing Ness to vomit. Bowser breathes fire, causing Ness to sweat feverishly. Pikachu summons Thunder, causing Ness to seize. Ike wins the match and taunts, planting his sword in the ground. Ness bleeds from a stab wound in his head.

Nasal Battle:
The fighters battle in Magicant. One of them unleashes an X-Bomb. Jets of fire shoot out of Ness's nose.

All In Your Head:
Ness suffers from various ailments he can't explain. Goes to Dr. Mario who X-rays his head. The image shows four people are inside Ness's head, battling.
