Shin Megami Tensei translate to something like "awakening of the goddess" so the name of the franchise is itself a reference to female deities.

The same way Avatar Aang can talk to Avatar Roku and Avatar Korra can talk to Avatar Aang. Rather than the soul being the individual it is more of an essence connecting the individual beings. The memories of a past life have their own unique identity which can manifest and communicate with their reincarnation.

I'll just give my two cents about this comic...
It's basically the reason I decided to make an account here. It's just SO funny to me! Especially with Marth's expressions and Pikachu's Arceus. The ending is amazing too... awkward facial expressions really sell it for me. In fact, funny faces in general. I guess that's why I like this comic...

The whole "going back in time broke the reincarntion thing" is from the adult timeline. WINDWAKER. the game pretty much confirms this happens, or something close to it, as the Link in that game is not of the same bloodline as the others and was largely a fluke.

That would probably lead to Marth and Lucina arguing about who knows more about Naga's divinity (or lack thereof), since Marth has that same sword and met Naga and Tiki in his own time.

Actually, I take that back.

All I remember is that Kellam x Nowi is best for each other. Not only does Nah become the tankiest dragon there is, but because no one notices Kellam he never gets in trouble for starting a relationship with Nowi.
