Honestly because of that glitch and Arin shitting all over sonic this has been bodaciously the only Game Grumps lp I've been able to stomach. It's funny as all hell watching them discover this game. I like it because it's exactly what I would do if I were playing with a buddy.

Usually when I try to actually watch one of their lps I get really distracted by their (imo) not great discourse and Arin's utter lack of awareness for vidja causing him to get stuck on things for half an (extremely short) episode because he didn't listen to some dialogue. At least with this I can enjoy the lame brokenness of this game along side them.

I've finally caught up with TBFP's Evil Within playthrough, and I'm really liking it so far. People give them flak for RE4 and Last of Us and such, but honestly I think this and character action games are where they're best at. They know the genre, they like it, and as someone with no experience with the genre (me), it's really nice to have both praise and honest criticism at the same time. It feels hollistic.

The next episode of South Park is going to take a look at Let's Plays. I understand that they probably had a lot of content left over from The Stick of Truth, or that there's a lot of stuff going on in gaming right now, but this is the third episode about some facet of videogames this season. I feel like they could have paced them out more across two seasons rather than seemingly piling them up in this one.

Not even Sonic Boom's awfulness can save this show. Jesus H. Christ I am sick of this shit.

Oh, boy, today on Game Grumps: Sonic Pause-Screen Exploitation Boom, more sequence breaking! Hoo-fuckin'-ray! I'm pretty sure they skipped a solid chunk of the game this time, one or two crystals at the least. That buried plane they passed by while making more sex jokes is now fully functional and no one bats an eye because they were too busy making more sex jokes to notice the plane in the first place. I really should've stopped watching at the last post I made. Now I'm going to keep watching it and keep despising it because I never learn.

I'm watching Chuggaaconroy play Xenoblade Chronicles and I really want to get that game now. It looks phenomenal.

Holy shit. I can no longer tolerate Arin's bitching about not knowing where to go when the entrance is right in front of him and deciding to fucking break the game because his mongoloid brain can't comprehend anything that isn't a Looney Tunes-esque sign saying "THIS WAY STUPID" (and then he'd complain about handholding). I can no longer tolerate the booty-facebattling YouTube comments dismissing legitimate complaints with the shitty excuse of "GG isn't a serious channel". If it wasn't for one joke in this episode making me actually laugh out loud, I would've dropped the Sonic Boom playthrough now. I'll give Arin another episode to stop sequencebreaking and glitching long enough to get where he's supposed to go the right way, but I doubt that'll happen. Thank God the Katamari playthrough is pretty okay and Steam Train is still good.

The Super Best Friend quick look of Sonic Boom was actually really fun. They gave the game a legitimate chance before sequence breaking, and the banter was really funny too.

YouTube is rolling out a gif creator on a select few channels. If it spreads to all channels, what gifs would you create from your favorite LPs? I'd love to make some gifs from the Best Friends Rustlemania.

EDIT: Also, tonight they brought back Scrublords. This episode is fucking killing me.

40 minutes of ruminations on a British/Japanese culture fusion, all delivered in terrible accents against a backdrop of a really weird game. This is the best video they've put up in a while.

Also, dat intro was the best thing.
