Two different groups to compete against that comprise half the crew is no bueno.

Fuck it, I'm going with my gut here. Sorry man, I really don't know who else to scrutinize.

I just had another thought...no ones countered the claim that someone was visited by the seductress...

(I'd use names, but I'm on my phone and only half paying attention.)

Which is a pretty good sign, right? If it was someone else, I don't see why they would have chosen not to counterclaim.
Anyone visited by the seductress probably isn't Mafia, and without a counterclaim we have reason to trust Benson. He could be the cult leader, but that'd be pretty wicked luck for the mafia. Overall odds seem better to me that he's a townie.

It's possible Benson is the Seductress and he blocked Chin Chin Chirree so that nobody could counterclaim after the mafia killed him, but that's not something we can prove, and definitely not worth a conviction over.

Just to split hairs, I'm pretty sure the mafia killed Angie (monster) and she killed Chin? In which case Benson/any seductress can't have deliberately targeted someone they were targeting, or else Chin would still be alive.

At least I'm pretty sure only Angie and the Mafia were capable of killing, right?

Ha, what a convenient excuse for the captain that they would be an ex-marine. Though, if no one else has stepped forward as the ex-marine, then I suppose there's little reason to doubt her claims. But, on this ship right now, is there a person who can make a dead person's occupation something else?

I'm voting no lynch. Take that as you will. There's just not enough information.

Well, we have the poisoner, but he's a slow killer.

The poisoner only gets one shot for the game, too. It's my hope that they wouldn't use their night action on the very first night.

They couldn't have been the kill last night anyway, since they'd have needed a previous night to set it up.

Also, @Barabba: no tailors in this game.

Also it seems weird to me that Barabba's response seems to be trying to avoid addressing our suspicions but still covers them? It's the "what's happening?" that makes me curious - he's definitely read the thread if he's asking about tailors in regards to last night's kills. Why would he want to act like he hasn't?

Bah, that's what I get for posting on my phone while distracted. He's asking about it in regards to Cori's role, but that still tells me he's read the thread.

What are you talking about? I haven't read any of the speculation about me being a member of the guilty party.

"What is the bible? I've never read a book detailing the basis of the Christian religion."

I'm not saying you're guilty, but yo the way you're posting isn't really helping you.
