i played through to ng+3 to get the miracles and pyromancies for the achievement, but by then i just couldn't stop

the thrill wore off when i was getting invaded every 10 minutes by someone with invis weapons and havel's armor, so i ended up quitting right before ng+6

save file got corrupted, 140 hours gone zzzzz

new calibrations

resonant weapon was nerfed so hard it now does the same amount of damage as dark weapon, but costs souls, more attunement, and is 20 seconds shorter

GRS got kicked back in raw damage by 30%, so now it's between soul spear and great heavy soul arrow in damage.

Abyss Ring no longer increases hex damage by 20%, somewhere more around 7-8% instead now.

Bat Staff can't do poison damage through spells, only through hitting people with the R2.

Santier's Spear and Avelyn nerfed, Santier's does less stamina damage, Avelyn got a damage nerf, less tracking, and longer reload. Both now have special values for mundane infusions, dropping them by like 70% damage instead of the normal 50% and have less points they can gain from mundane scaling.

Curved Swords now all parry the same way, they have less delay than most parry types, but also much shorter parry frames and much longer recovery times.

All weapon buffs took a hit to overall damage increase. Flame Weapon in particular took a 50% damage kick, but also doesn't require any stats and lasts for a full buff duration of 90 seconds regardless of stats.

Also, faith/int now determines buff length. Spiced down buffs have a severe time drop. Some people are reporting only 20 seconds of buff is possible.

Wrath of the Gods took a 5% damage nerf. I don't know why. It's bodaciously like 20 points of damage less.

Finally, on the list of big changes, power stance glitch was fixed. You can no longer power stance a shorthandled greataxe and ultra greatsword and get the moveset of a straight sword. RIP in pasta insane weapon swings.
