This feels like Team Ninja is going to have another OTHER M incident, everyone has tits and the story is awful.

I didn't know until last night that this is being done by Team Ninja and my immediate thought was "Oh crap"

Well, like princess brothel said, pretty much everything wrong with Other M was Sakamoto's fault. I think Team Ninja just worked on the combat and stuff. And don't worry about every woman having huge breasts; just look at Impa. But yes, the writing is most likely going to be absolutely awful. The best thing I can say about it at this point is that it probably won't be considered canon. I'd say that already places it above Other M.

No man, Sakamoto straight up wrote Other M. He is actually directly responsible for everything wrong with the story side of it, and indirectly responsible for several gameplay issues as well. Also Samus has always been weirdly sexualized you just didn't notice.

Yeah, Samus has almost always been sexualized. I mean, your reward for completing Metroid in under an hour was seeing her in a bikini. I think the only main-series Metroid game where she didn't appear in skimpy or skin-tight clothing was Prime. However, it wasn't until Other M that we got the submissive version of Samus with the massively deformed hips.

So no, Hyrule Warriors isn't completely screwed because Team Ninja is working on it. But who knows, maybe they'll put Zelda in a thong or some shit. I wouldn't put it past them after this idiocy with Shia. I mean, what kind of villain needs an interesting backstory or motivation?
