I tried, but i don't really understand what i am doing... Oh well. What do you mean by "thinking in numbers" ?
I avoided the problem by upping the threshold of the color picker and by making a new image with only the panel i wanted to change.

Hm. Well, you're basically building a function, each combine mode is an operator or sub-function. G - Max(R, B) is "greenness". Each edit can be described by a function, and if the functions come readily to mind for you, the "artist-oriented interface" can be a pain. (And when that function operates on color channels, shatterwork can be very handy.)

Once you get the greenness image, you can use Colors | Levels… to crank it up and get a look at it, that might help visualizing it.

(One of the easiest ways to visualize shatterwork in general is to decompose to HSB, work on just one of the channels, then compose… that's just not suited to this task.)

I've done that while following a tutorial before, and yeah, way more professional looking than just grabbing the green and dabbing at it to change color or whatnot.

I think this is the first time we've hit 5 pages.

Didn't one comic have 10 pages because this one guy was really pushing the fact that Katie "stole" someone's comic or something

A quick skimming of the forum pages brought up this 12 page beauty.

EDIT: Current longest comic thread found is 20 pages around the one regarding remembering type advantages. Someone do a more thorough search, I'm fairly lazy today.

That was "Urine Trouble Now", which had 15. It actually wasn't that unusual for comic threads to get 10+ pages back then (eg, Pokemnemonic had 20, Fart Joke had 21, and Runaway had a whopping 48 pages), but if you go back over most of those threads, we really haven't lost anything. I'd take 5 pages of good posts over 5 pages of good posts spread throughout 20 pages of terrible posts any day.

I think I got that thread locked when I asked why her math teacher was Captain Haddock.
It was probably because I brought that thread up from a long time ago, when people watched black and white TV and hunted dinosaurs.

The lack of "Mrgrgr!" in this thread is bothering me.
