There's several scythes but it boils down to either the Great Scythe or the Lifehunt Scythe.

Personally, I think the Great Scythe is better because you can't hurt yourself really, and the extra bleed from the Lifehunt isn't worth the bleed damage to yourself no matter how minor.

but it boils down to preference, scythes are good for dex characters who want to play like a strength build

The 360 version of DSII got leaked.

Character/boss spoiler: There is a boss called Old Dragonslayer who wears Ornstein's armor.

I wonder if I should try and filter everything related to this game until I have it myself. /v/ has plenty of people who will try their best to spoil the shit out of the game.

EDIT: The PC version of DSII has been confirmed to come out on April 25th, like the latest leak suggested.

Fuck I just beat the game so now I'd have to rush through it again to do this.

im just gonna post in here for the continuation of dark souls 2 rather than make a whole new thread. someone flag down a mod/owner of the thread to include DK2 or somethin in the title

so got about 4ish hours into it so far, just killed the first boss. good impressions so far the movement system is pretty fuckin top. everything feels fluid. weapons seem to break rather quick tho, so be careful swingin round willy nilly or bring a backup.

what the FUCK is that tomb thing in the first area by the cyclops? i got in it and it did nothing and its infuriating me

I had at go at it and it was a fuck ton more easy than everyone makes it out to be.

I've just seen more people complain about how hard it is compared to people who say it's fun.

Also I am seeing a lot of people complain that Dark Souls 2's graphics are awful and aren't going to play it because of that.

Does one of the enemies early in the game, the ones in that little area next to the first NPC other than the ladies... just have a straight-up penis/ballsack? I was playing kind of late so perhaps my vision was obscured but... kinda looked like they did.
Edit: Dark Souls two, sorry. I guess perhaps it's actually not really anything big of a spoiler, just a comment on the design of one of the early enemies.

It's pretty fun and not that hard, though compared to most modern games it does pack a bit more punch. Some things are legitemately challenging, while some are pretty bullshit. Most of the time it strikes just the right difficulty chord to keep you engaged.

Also could people using spoiler tags mention what game it's about?

Naw it's, like, a slumped over abdomen. Kinda like it used to be pregnant, but the abdomen never went back to normal. They're pretty disturbing.
