If only this year had been a leap year, they would have beaten it on the 29th and that would have been awesome. Not only would they have beaten in less than a month, they would have completed it on the one day that only exists every 4 years.

I haven't watched the stream since they had 3k viewers, someone explain what this anarchy vs democracy thing was about?

When the stream got to Rocket Hideout, the creator updated the program to accept Anarchy and Democracy votes. Anarchy makes the game stay the way it was, Democracy makes it so that the most popular button input after twenty seconds is accepted. It was meant to make it so that it would be easier to get past difficult puzzles and/or ledges, but what it ended up being was a bunch of people getting mad about which one to use and progress being slowed down whether we were in Anarchy OR Democracy mode.

They ended up getting more done in anarchy anyway haha.

They added in democracy which, just like that cheat code for a game, tempted people too much every time a bit of difficulty came up.

Safari Zone not done in five minutes? Democracy.
Didn't reach the Secret Key in Cinnibar the first time? Democracy.
Can't get through Giovanni's gym door because of that ledge? Democracy.

It became a crutch that actually affected this final fight. Democracy was used to put Zapdos to the front of the party after a failed attempt at Lorelei.
