I might get Demon's souls sometime this winter, it intrigues me even though I'm not very good at games.
But I do know what i'll be getting myself into at least.

I bought Dark Souls: PtD and I'm pretty entertained with it so far based on the first few hours. I've been taking it nice and slow and I've only died about 20 times or so due to making bad calls like an idiot.

Also the mandatory death at the first Seath encounter. Unless you can somehow figure out how to dukeskip on your first try.

I dunno, charging headlong into a room to smack a dragon that's taking no damage counts as stupid to me. Especially when the door out is still available.

that's kind of actually the only really unfair part of the whole game innit, "to continue you have to hopelessly fight a boss until you die and lose all your shit and guess what you're probably not gonna get it back tee hee"

Actually the only way you lose your stuff when fighting Seath for the first time is getting cursed. So basically don't stand in the crystals and you'll wake up in the prison cell with all humanity and items and etc.

i may have died alot but by god im HEALTHY

I have too much of a twitch roll reaction to stuff to get cursed.

It tends to get me killed more through falling damage instead. Especially in the tree.
