AZ I NEED HELP. my next con is in ...march? and i want to start planning my next cosplay but i have no bloody idea who to do D: i have too many "i want to cosplay this person!" and not enough deciding ability haha.

Momohime - have wanted to do for fucking ever but didn't have the space/skill. i think i can do it now

Tsubaki - another ive wanted to do for ages

Valerie - willing to wear ruffles and PANK because i love her hair and the "wings" in her top haha. my only other qualm is i'd be like 6 feet tall in those shoes and probably won't be able to wear them all day.

^ ugnfdkjdh i tried to do jade but then my clothes wouldn't turn the proper colour green and i gave up :< made the daï-jo and everything sigh.

Is there some prejudice against characters with long hair or something, I cannot find a single long-haired character to cosplay, Minus Equius who I've already done to minor success.
There's no way I'm cutting my hair, but I just can't seem to find any characters who don't have short spiky haircuts or supershort hair.

99% of the time they look better than your real hair, especially if your hair doesn't take dye well. just...style them properly.
