Ah, the frustrations of playing a childhood favourite all over again.

The Deku tree did talk a lot...But he wasn't as annoying as Mido's attitude.

I thought of a new idea...*must not bug about stupid dance contest Idea*

How about they pull a prank on Marth and he gets entered into a beauty pagent?

Pit, Meta Knight and Lucas are talking. Mario jumps, then double jumps to reach the platform where they are.

Mario: Hey, guys!
Them: Yeah, hi, Mario.
Pit: Wait, what did you just do?
Mario: What?
Pit: What you just did.
Mario: What, you mean? Oh, when I said "Hey guys!"?
Pit: No, what you did before,-ahhh... Here. Go back down there and come up here again.
Mario: Okay, whatever.

Mario jumps, then double jumps to reach the platform where they are again.

Lucas: Jeez, I saw it too.
Meta Knight: Yeah... weird.
Pit: How... do you jump again in midair?
Mario: Ohh, that? It's easy, I just... um... ahh... that's weird. I've never thought of that before.
Lucas: I'm psychic, so I can jump again with mental powers.
Meta Knight: And Pit and I have wings, soo...
Someone:<insert punch line>

Anyway, that's my idea. It doesn't have to be just like that at all, in fact I know it's probably too long.
And I can't think of anything funny for the punch line. But, whatever.

You know in OoT, when you first leave the forest and have to head for Hyrule Castle, how it looks so incredibly close at first, but as you're running towards it it quickly switches to night, and the second you get to the castle the drawbridge goes up and you end up having to fight a bunch of undead for about 5 minutes?

Ho-hum.

Sorry for the double post...but a friend and I had a couple interesting ideas based on Legend of Zelda lately...the first is from Wind Waker...Why is the helper you get for the EARTH temple is the Rito, the race under the patronage of the Sky Spirit Valoo, and the WIND temple is the Korok, favored race of the earth spirit, the Great Deku tree...

The second odd thought comes from both Wind Waker and Twilight Princess...have you noticed that you cannot roll up stairs easily? Or that if you get close to a door and try to open it too quickly, sometimes you will roll and headbut the door?

I questioned that too. I was like "... Why does the girl with wings help me in a place other than the WIND temple?!" But then again, it's Zelda. Logic not included.

I think there are some parts where you will smack your head while rolling up stairs; There were a few times I did. That might have been in OoT though, I can't remember.

Or if you are running at a door and press A too soon, you won't do the complete roll animation. You just bash your head against the door.

That is, if you're stupid. If you're like me, you think "haha, you can't get me!" and jump into the water. or the railing. That's what I always did. Prime example of coward-Lyra logic.

I'm bringing this back to life so I can state something I HATE HATE HATE in Pokemon Emerald/Sapphire/Ruby.

You know the currents near Pacifidlog? You gotta surf them to get a Regi. WELL I FRICKIN HATE THAT. I devise plan after plan after plan to get to the Regi, then when i find what I believe to be the right spot, it only has a spot in there that says something in BRAIL. When I have no INTERNET CONNECTION. and my guide to the game that let you translate brail is MISSING. Then I go back and I see a giant dive spot surrounded all by rocks. I say "I fucking hate you, bastard." as I spend the next hour trying to figure out how to get in there. -stabstabstab-

and if you have NEVER done that, I dare you. Try it. You'll have gray hair by week's end. or no hair.
