Around 80% of my list is made up of games that I couldn't buy (i.e. Pikmin 3)

I bought my mom some oven mitts, and like five minutes later she saw a pair like the ones I bought and said she hated them.
Welp.

You're just mad that we love our family sooooo much, that we want to spare them the embarrassment of getting us an awkward gift.

The highlight of mom's list this year was a dvd of the 1965 Rodger's and Hammerstein production of Cinderella.

Dad wanted to get her the 90's version with Whoopi Goldberg. Luckily I found the CD for the performance.

i accidentally christmas shopped while carpet was being installed x: got my dad some cordial cherries (his favourite,) an accidental box of cordial blueberries (thought they were cherries; look good so didn't return them!) and a $50 lowes card so he can go to a home store and buy something for himself for once.

also found a japanese import of vampire chronicles at half price books and snatched it for a friend who likes both japanese things and fighters with morrigan and hsien ko in them

Just ended the annual Christmas party. Highlight was when everyone suddenly substituted "apple" for marijuana and everyone ran with it to great entertainment. Medical apples, apples legal in Washington, apple cartels, and the crowd favorite green apples.

T'was fun all around with visits from people I have not seen in over two decades, from the very first house we lived in. I of course made sure to stand to my full height just because I love seeing the looks on people's faces when they remember a 3-4 year old kid and in his place is a 6'5" red-bearded man.

HOLY POOP, CHRISTMAS IS TWO DAYS AWAY (almost one day away in Not-The-Americas, right?)!

I'm really looking forward to the food and the family, and while I will be seeing a lot of my family I don't really care for quite that much, it will be nice to see them if only for a little bit. This year I set up a scavenger hunt for gifts for my immediate family and it's going to be totally sweet.

Guys I'm still sick and I should be baking my booty off making cookies.

Someone inject me with Christmas spirit to make me feel better.

No you don't.

Jingle gives you all of the gifts that they want and you have to match them to what they've been asking for.

Only thing you need to do this is the full Santa outfit.

I've never seen shittier Christmas weather. I don't think there's proper snow anywhere in the country.
