Also, in regards to the whitewashing thing, can you really tell someone what not to be offended at? The complaint was made politely and was clearly not meant as an insult to Katie herself. I mean, there's something to be said for not being offended easily, but it seems like chasesClouds was being put down for their feelings

just my thoughts on it.

oh my god please let it go. Katie politely updated the comic and apologized. The original guy politely said he was satisfied and dropped it. The issue was completely resolved to the satisfaction of both parties. That is the time when it's appropriate to shut up about who is and isn't offended, and go back to making gas dad edits.

Not trying to start anything, but "let's just shut up and forget it ever happened" seems like a poor response. Perhaps I'm missing something, but this is a discussion board, no?

...And the person who initially made the complaint has already stated that they're pop flyin' with the revision. If you're still truly confused about what's going on here, I suggest taking it to PMs instead of dragging a topic off the rails to discuss it.
