Wait...apparently they aren't Y-exclusive. I could have sworn they were, but apparently not. Forget I said anything. You can find them on Routes 8 and 12, in Ambrette Town, and in Cyllage City, all via Rock Smash.

I have a couple of Protean Froakies left over from breeding.
I have one female with Max HP/Def/Spd or a male with Max Def/SpAtk/SpDef/Spd. Do you have a female Noibat with 4IVs?

I got two, but they're not level 1 if that bothers you.
One's got Atk/SpAtk/SpDef/Spd, the other Def/SpAtk/SpDef/Spd.
I was really lucky with getting a 5IV one almost immediately so I barely had any 4IV ones besides the ones for breeding.

I'm good with the Def/SpAtk/SpDef/Spd. Which Froakie do you want?

Hoping to make a lineage of the evolutions, but Dratini and Dragonair are my favorites of the line. Dragonite, shiny or otherwise, isn't all that great. Though maybe I'm biased because I had a Dragonair in my Red game for forever trying to get a Dragonite, and I always found Dragonair more useful and cool.

Still can't believe I got it before a freaking Poliwhirl though.

Now I only need an Aron cause breeding to get a random 31 IV that's not the 3 I already got max takes too long.
