We can still vote not to lynch anyone. That is a thing we can do. We get random deaths if we don't get a consensus, not if we don't lynch.
Both of those statements you're using to defend yourself (mine about night 3 and kamak about night one) were both said before you claimed. Not only that, but Giraffe is dead, and can't very well confirm nor deny being visited.

I would say there's no reason to be worried about traitors in the first place, since there's no reason for anyone to turn, but Giraffe came up as a traitor when he died.
