Once the sleepy alpaca (Cyrus, I think) wakes up for once and talks to you, you can give him furniture you want to customize and the ore you want it to emulate. I haven't tried it yet but that should be how it goes.

Does anyone know how to get the tenth villager exactly? I think that someone who has a villager about to move out has to visit your town, but I'm not sure... I don't think it'd work right now because Truffles is moving in, but after she's done...
