Joe is a Muay Thai champ who appears in most of the KoF games, often paired with Terry and Andy Bogard who hail from the same series. He dons a white headband and many of his alt colors have green or greenish hues. Fatal Fury 3 got a release on Windows 95, shit's old school. as for food, some of his endings have him chowing down with his fam and others characters often chastise him in his cooking.
