Is the title of a mini-game considered for the V rule?

Like, let's say I was playing Tetris and there was a mode (not a difficulty setting) for "Vegetable Tetris" or something ridiculous like that.

Would I be able to use that since the mini-game is kind of a self-contained game/mode within the game?
