Punchy sees the group of villagers around the wrecked train and joins them, immediately wishing he hadn't. He looks at Porter's severed head, mortified.

The engine room looks trashed. All of the consoles look like someone ripped them apart, and there are claw marks everywhere. Come to think of it, there's claw marks on Porter's face too. Could the train have been under attack while it was still running?

Back at the beach, Diana sticks her shovel in the sand and leans across it, sighing and looking around at the beach she and Coco combed through. They didn't look like they had much luck. "Did you find anything important, or any clues?" She asked the rabbit.

Lucky sees the gathering crowd and walks over. "Hey what's goin..." He notices the severed head of the conductor. "Okay. Didn't need to see that. What happened?"

"Attention, you bastards." Tom Nook's voice came over the intercom. "It is now 8 pm. I have arranged for dinner and a show tonight. Please assemble in the plaza immediately. If you don't, well... I shouldn't say... upupu~"

Pierce took one last glance at the train and Porter's severed head, then turned back to the others.

"We...should probably go."

He wouldn't look any of them in the eyes.

Diana stashes her shovel back at her home before they get to the plaza. "Well, this will either be interesting...or horrifying."
