I'd allow Mario because of his hats/capes/costumes if that simplifies things
Anything to become airbourne

Now, no one be "that guy" and use Mario just because I used him for an example

Charlie, from Rhythm Thief. You get to play as her for a few minigames. One of which involves a hang-glider with a soccerball cannon attached to it, where you fly around shooting people down.

It's also the worst one by far.

Talisman, the main playable character in Ace Combat 6. He(?)'s the only character you really play as and you spend the entire game in planes, so there ya go.

Anyways I'm feeling particularly uncreative this afternoon so no big post for you

And D-Vid, and everyone, next time include which game he's from ok?

Today's rule: Your character must NOT use firearms. No guns, no cannons NO LAZERS. If your character uses a ranged weapon it better be a bow or something.

Today's BONUS RULE: Your character must come from a FRANCHISE, not just series, with three games or less.
EDIT: By franchise I mean the ENTIRE name brand, ie Final Fantasy or Mega man
