Sadly no. The problem neighbor option is to reset their homes, clothing, and catchphrase in case you got that neighbor from someone and they say "fuck you" and wear a dick shirt around.

I believe it also resets your relationship with them though, so maybe they'll be more likely to leave?

You can just keep hitting them with a net until they decide to move

Reset their homes? Dude I don't care if he stays or leaves, I just want that house out of the way, will that make me relocate his house?

So I frantically mashed the D-Pad knowing that I probably wouldn't get it out

flew

in CIRCLES


Then when I got it out they FLEW PAST ME THREE TIMES before stinging me
Wow

I found that bees just circle in place when you D-Pad through your tools. They're hostile, but polite, like RPG baddies.

I find the best way is to open the item menu so you can just select the net, the bees will just sit there while you do it, it also gives you time to plan a way to catch them.
