More likely we'd all be dead of radiation poisoning like pretty much everyone else. The only ones who would survive without mutations would be the Vault dwellers.

Well yeah, and theyd all be dead within a generation anyway, but within the context of the Fallout verse, since even the laws of physics are different there.
