Speaking of which, how long are these paywalls generally up? I thought it was just supposed to be two weeks but it's been waaay longer than that.

I thought the pay wall was down? I could have sworn that I got on the forum the other day and checked a thread.

I was afraid this was going to happen...

Before this paywall went up, I saw people in the thread discussing making the paywall for the DR and DR2 threads permanent because they were so popular with people that didn't have accounts. I'm still hoping that the paywall will go down, but I wouldn't put it past SA to pull a move like this.

It's not only on the DR thread, though. I like to go there to read other things like the 999 series, HelloWinter's Phoenix Wright LP and the Sandcastle, but the paywall is also up on those.

Oh, I see. Well that's good I suppose; it means SA is just keeping it up longer than usual for some reason.

Edit: Misread, but yeah, I think there are some people are working on translating SDR2 (isn't the team that translated the first one doing another one too?), but I assume that won't come for a pretty long while.

Trial:Right now, my bets are on suicide, actually. But would there be a trial if it was suicide? Knowing Monobear, the answer is likely "Of course." After all, it was a student killing a student.

New Theory:
We're all dead. Killed in that incident. You people didn't fall asleep when first getting into school. You had regular school lives, until you were all killed and forgot about everything from the shock. Now you're in limbo or some crap like that.

Just found the Morgue.
As I thought 7 refrigerators are not in use, meaning 1 of these deaths was staged. None of the ones who are now alive is the puppetmaster but one of the ones presumed dead.
Iiiiinteresting. I guess the corpse of "Mukuro Ikusabe" wasn't her after all but instead just one of the corpses from the morgue. That would leave 7 alive too.
It's time for the trial!
I'm absolutely sure we all went regularly to school here when it was still open. Then the incident happened. Then we forgot everything somehow and ended up in this "game". That's why we haven't heard of the incident. It wasn't swept under the rug, we can't remember because we were there and lost all our memories of going to school here. If we were dead all along... I don't know.
Okay, so the body was Mukuro after all. But that still means there's 1 corpse missing. Which means one of the deaths was not real.

Let's go on with the big finale!
The group pictures. In all of them, Junko Enoshima's face is not visible. Coincidence? I think not. That paired with how she got "killed" by Monobear at the very beginning, I suspect that to have been some kind of fake, maybe a robot of sorts.
There's also the possibility that Junko wasn't actually Junko at all. Makoto did comment in the beginning how she looks a bit different than in her publicity shots, to which she replied that's because of makeup and photoshop and stuff.
But considering everything else...

Oh man, you're so close to the end you could almost taste it. Please let those of us who know the first game know what you think of it.

I think I get it!
Junko was actually Mukuro in disguise while the real Junko was controlling Monobear. But then Mukuro got betrayed and killed by Junko!
