I should make fried chicken again, I haven't done that in a while

Best I've ever had; crispy and moist without being super greasy

Gonna make that tonight. I do a kind of simplified hot chicken with cayenne pepper in the breading, and doused in hout sauce after frying

Last week I made homemade chicken spaghetti.

I still had sauce left over from that, so I cooked up some meat and made more spaghetti.

The mix of beef and chicken flavors were really nice with a older sauce.

Just finished the chicken. I discovered that hot saauce also works to dip the chicken in before the breading to make them crispier.

I would like to complain about a popular breakfast "food".

Why do they even MAKE unfrosted Poptarts? Who looks at a Poptart and goes "Hey, you know what? This bland, dry pastry could use a few less redeeming qualities."

Sooooooo
I mix mayonnaise with jelly sometimes and put it on sandwiches.
And it tastes alright.
I wonder if there's anything I could put on it to amplify the taste of it...

EDIT: Jalapenos.

the second you start denying that anything is wrong with your craft, is the second it stops being a craft, and starts being a waste of your and everyone else's time

Oh it's Kitchen Nightmares. They'll be gone soon enough. Vast majority of the restaurants featured on that show fail. Chef Ramsay is just not good at helping people.

Much prefer to watch Restaurant Impossible with Chef Robert. Still brusque but he makes a genuine effort to help those kind of people and show why their attitudes are toxic. Most of his show's restaurants are still open.

I don't think he would've been able to help those people even if he wanted to.

Got a potato bakin' in the oven. I was really paranoid about it exploding so I probably poked way more holes in it than i needed to, lol.

The idea of exploding potatoes terrifies me, though.
