And don't forget to try Rune Factory - 2 or 3 especially. Hell, even Frontiers is great.

Rune Factory 3 is great, and Rune Factory 4 is coming out this summer and from what I've heard, 4 is equally good if not better than 3.

Oh my gosh it's Cardbo. I love Yotsuba.

Heh. Never know when anyone will recognize the avatar. :)

Also, I love the description at the bottom. When she comes to San Japan I will buy her a ten gallon hat.

Have you seen photos of her? She could move into a ten gallon hat and live like a king.

I came here to advertise Rune Factory 3 as a Harvest Moon where the interaction with townspeople goes beyond 1-5 events depending on the character's importance. Turns out I was late. A HM with a quest system just works so well! Are there any other like that, or was it only introduced in RF3?

Reminds me of Harvest Moon DS when eeeevery day I'd go give Nami stuff I found on the floor til she warmed up to me. For being so icy, she is pretty easily pleased. I still haven't found a Harvest Moon game I like more than that or the Cute version. Partly because the new ones seem to be all 3D and often not handheld.

Not all of us wear 10 gallon hats, Katie. But you would be forgiven for thinking so, since all TV/movies seem to say "This person is Texan" by putting a cowboy hat on them.

Then again, I actually am going to be wearing a 10 gallon hat at A-kon. But only because my Professor Layton tophat is so huge.

NPCs are always a little flat... For a game series that's been out this long you'd think they would add more depth to them... :I

I get it just fine, but I am pathetic at anything regarding art. I am far more suited to be a critic.

Mostly because I'm a heartless bastard.
