Those are "hitmen". They use the same models as Talon Company but they're not affiliated.

Like I said, no sense whatsoever. At least New Vegas very clearly signposted that the legion and ncr would come after you if you rustled them off.

Makes enough sense to me. I mean, one guy was gonna give you a few handfuls of caps to nuke a town just because it doesn't look nice. It's not a stretch to think that somebody would benefit from keeping the wasteland anarchic.

Hell, it might have been the Enclave, trying to keep the place disjointed enough to keep from posing a threat when they rolled in to take over. It would also explain why you often see Talon mercs fighting super mutants in the D.C. ruins, since the Enclave would rather not waste all their own resources fighting off giant meat sponges with serious aggression problems.

Too bad it's never explained or hinted at or anything.

So it makes sense if insane is your baseline reference.

Excuse me, my point is that it's not that weird considering some of the other antics your character can get up to in the game.

Reviving so we got a place to talk about Fallout 4. I'm so hyped at what they showed in the trailer so far, it looks like there is flight capabilities in the game now. It seems like this game is going to focus on being a bit more like Fallout 3 than New Vegas.

Bethesda's working on the East Coast games, Obsidian's doing the West Coast games. Supposedly the trailer's been pulled apart and people have figured out you play a prewar segment as the intro, before entering a Vault and sleeping for 200 years. The game is set somewhere on the East Coast, Boston, New England, Pennsylvania maybe.

I would 100% love a fallout game set in my state. I wanna see Philadelphia in ruins dammit.

I believe it's confirmed to be in Boston, apparently there's some landmarks in the trailer.

If there's not at least two people with over the top Boston accents I'm going to be disappointed.

This is something my family members would honestly say. Not because rahrah down with the government there is lots of history there but more like "jeeeeesus this place is shit".

If in Philly they to include all the things that define the city, like cheesesteaks and guys in sparkley suits selling pies to stopped traffic.
