I did the ab exercise detailed above today for about ten minutes. I went in intervals of 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off. ("On" meaning "keeping my legs suspended in the air.")

I don't think I have ever used my abs for anything useful in my entire life. Doing what was basically a 5 minute exercise led to so much burn. Fortunately it doesn't hurt, but maybe tomorrow I'll be sore.

I'd like to work my way up but I think I'll be stuck at 10 minutes for a while.

Remember to stretch.

Remember not to stretch too much, as it makes them contract so you can't use them optimally.

My upper body is really weak. I can barely manage to do 5 pushups. What do?

Do easier variations of push-ups, like doing them on your knees. It's ok to do shorter sets of repetitions too, just do more sets of repetitions to make up for it.

Still going through with almost daily exercises and... relatively healthy foods. As healthy as I can with barely any time and limited moneys.

I can do about 10-ish push-ups now as opposed to 5 the last time I posted.
What else besides crunches and Push ups is good for upper body? I got plenty for "leg-day" which is basically every day anyway since I do full body, but I don't really know what to do about arms, chest, back and abs here with only my body and room to work with.

Maybe find something weighty and comfortable to grip to use as a weight for tricep/bicep curls?

Though variations of push ups are supposed to also be very effective.

Variation of sit-ups to work your side abs could also be beneficial. Do sit-ups, but instead of going straight up, alternatingly touch one of your knees with your transposed elbow. I don't know if the torque this puts on your spine is healthy though.

prayer-pushups will fuck the shit out of your triceps. generally picking up heavy-ish things can be used for curling or shoulders. sometimes you can find two countertops or something like that spaced close enough to comfortable do dips (alternatively, go to a playground and wear gloves lol,) for lats.

yesterday kyle and i changed our routine up by doing exercises by time rather than set. oh my god i am dying

I have edited this small database of exercises by muscle groups with and without varying equipment that's been posted before into the OP. If anyone has similarly useful resources I will also edit them in.

If you could split them in "needs equipment" and "does not need equipment" that would be fabulous.

I believe the ones on the right side are all without equipment, at most you'll need a bar or set of bars to hang from.

My back hurts. It really started hurting yesterday when I put on my heavy backpack (which has one of the straps broken off because of dogs).
Is there anything I should do to fix my back?

A better back pack for one thing.

Also, fixing it depends on what you did to it.
