And in response to Ashley, I told her I believed in God just to see what she would say. Her answer was actually really good. Maybe Ashley is more of a jerk later, but she really didn't seem too bad to me.
She really is.
ME2 has some circumstances that kinda alienate Ashley/Kaiden from Shepard. ME3 resolves this in a way. Kaiden admits his guilt in the matter and genuinely wants to put it all behind both of you.
Ashley still says it's your fault but
whatever.ashley isn't that racist, and when you get into her dialogue a bit she's not that bad of a person at all, but she definitely grows into one

And apparently taking Wrex out of my party for one mission caused me to miss getting his achievement. Oh no I guess I'll have to have him in my party again oh no...! I'm probably going to play again as a Renegade before I move on to ME2. Wrex in a Renegade party is probably awesome.
also be kinda careful here, just as a warning, i dunno what you're gonna do
ME2 treats save data from the first game, and from subsequent NG+, as different characters and save data. Generally, it's less confusing to figure out if you just have two different characters. It's not particularly confusing either way, but I've known some people to import a character and go "oh shit this guy's wrong"
