I'm getting some kinda cold. Started with a sore throat at around 5:30pm, by 7pm my tonsils were well swollen. It's now 8:44pm and one ear is blocked. Holy crap this is escalating quickly.

Been drinking honey tea for the throat, it's still kinda sore but now it's also gooey with mucus.

It switched hosts, today's the first day I feel somewhat healthy. Nose's still a bit stuffed.

If that's the case your nose might be clearing soon, because mine's beginning to congest.

Not only is AZ a hivemind, it's also a symbiosis.

You're next.

Be prepared for both ears to be partially blocked, tonsils swollen and in pain, and congested sinuses.

I'm starting to get worried about my mental health. I've dealt with major depression and panic attacks before, but I feel like now I'm in more of a general apathetic state. I don't want to do anything, and I have to force myself to bother with anything. I just want to sleep all the time, and sit around. It's not that I'm just being lazy either, because I genuinely don't have a lot of enjoyment for things anymore and I'm worried that I might be slipping back into depression.

Yeah, thats a red flag right there, I know that. Wish I could give some advice, but best I can give is "talk to a shrink". Breaking your routines works sometimes too.

I'm afraid that one of my friends is starting to have an eating disorder. I know she already wakes up at like 5 AM just to work out, because it makes her feel good but the rest of the day she gets dead tired cause she'll stay up late to try and finish homework too. I don't think she's eating at lunch anymore too. She didn't even want a bit of a chocolate bar she bought herself. Our other friend is concerned and talking with her about it too, but she just kind of gets embarrassed and thinks that it's totally normal and okay to do. What should I say to her?

If you know her well and you're really worried about it, you could try mentioning it to her parents. If it's really a serious thing, then they need to know about it.

That said, you should probably try talking to her yourself first, and be sure that it actually is a serious thing. Maybe try saying things like, "If you're working out, you need to eat protein to help repair your muscles," and then bring some nuts with you to lunch and share them with her.

If that doesn't work, then for sure say something to her family. It's liable to cause a drama scene, but working out intensely and then starving yourself (on top of school stresses) could lead to major problems later. Not knowing your friend, I wouldn't want you to start any drama unintentionally that could cause her to withdraw from you, so just be sure of yourself and the situation if you decide to pursue helping her.

I'm pretty sure i have a yeast infection or something because i have been itching so bad and it suuucks
even the product i've been using before hasn't been as helpful because it wears off after a few hours. Maybe if I stop itching, the pain will go away.

Even though it's incredibly difficult and uncomfortable not to.

You might need to get some antifungal stuff before it gets better. It CAN go away on its own but it goes away a lot faster with it, and you can just get it over the counter. Some of them include the anti-itch stuff as well.

Also drink lots of water and eat your fruit and yogurt because it keeps things healthy down there.

Does your urine smell like eggs and is there a bit of white stuff leaking from there?

That's a sure sign of it...

No but it has been itchy and red and painful
also my thighs itch but I'm pretty sure that's not related to it at all.
