Dark/Demon's Souls

A lot of the dragons in the trailer were Drakes, which don't count as dragons in dark souls. The only dragon we see in the gameplay reveal is a skeletal dragon.
Also it was only the everlasting dragons that were killed off completely (except the one in ash lake and seath if he counts.)

seath isn't an everlasting dragon, i think, as he's not naturally immortal
which would be key to being everlasting

The scales make them everlasting.
He's still an ED by virtue of race, just with a sort of deformity.

It's also possible that in Dark Souls 2 the Path of the Dragon covenant has produced a new generation of dragons. The player could only become a dragonoid half man/dragon in Dark Souls, but that doesn't mean that there weren't higher levels of dragony 'enlightenment' to be attained.

Manus is ded. Wondering if I should check out the Great Hollow and Ash Lake now. That's all I have left, really, besides Kiln of the First Flame that is.

Great Hollow contains a lot of really good shit, like the Cloranthy Ring, which is fantastic.

Ash Lake is where you can find the dragon covenant, and fight the second Hydra.

basilisks aren't even worth bothering about like ever

they die super fast and generally if you stay in that curse cloud it's your own daisies fault

It was less trees and more the giant mushroom men at the bottom.
