There's probably something unmentioned in the lore where if a Tauren embraces the Rogue class they cease being a real Tauren or one that's friendly to Thunderbluff at least.

Do you like play Alliance? Or did you never play your way through the Tauren heavy NPC zones? Stonetalon and Thousand Needles mainly.

I mean, I can buy Board's justification, because I can't think of a Tauren rogue that is friendly to Thunderbluff. Still doesn't mean I have to be pop flyin' about it though.

from the FAQ

"When the Cataclysm occurs, it will occur for all players, whether they have purchased the expansion or not--you will no longer be to play in the original version of Kalimdor or the Eastern Kingdoms. However, certain features such as the new zones, new races, and new level cap will only be accessible to players who purchase the expansion."

The trailer was pretty cool, though I wonder what this new 'path system' is supposed to be. An easier way to level successive characters?
