On one hand, they could fix some of the gaps they had, especially in character development. ...on the other, they could just keep plowing down the way they have been and make things even more disappointing.

Even if they fix some things they won't fix some of the things that bother me the most about it, I'm sure. (Because how dare characters break up in a children's show?? how dare they grow in that way how dare)

I'm with you on that.

Also, the latest Ben 10 series had an episode recently where Ben's girlfriend broke up with him and they stayed broken up. He was even friend-zoned.

Did they explicitly call it friendzoning? I hate that word.

Huh? Why would you hate friend-zoning? Besides the obvious.

It implies that by being nice to someone you're entitled to a relationship with them.

Really. Hm.

I always thought friend-zoning was a situation where a guy wants to date a girl but she's not interested in him romantically, so he sticks around as a friend hoping in vain that she will change her mind. The 'friend' is stuck in a miserable cycle of hope and despair while the would-be romantic interest encourages them to stay in their hellish existence by unintentionally leading them on to avoid hurting their feelings.

...But I wouldn't know anything about that. Your explanation is probably the right one.

Ok Ice King no need to be passive aggressive. Don't be rude to other members.

Vax, I was all excited about you making an insightful post about The Legend of Korra. This is the biggest disappointment.

I wasn't being passive aggressive. I was making a joke about how my own experiences have led me to see things from a certain perspective.

Yes... a joke. Laughing at myself. There certainly weren't any tears mixed in with that laughter. No sir-eee and/or madam-eee.

I sincerely apologize if anyone took my words as insulting or combative. I assure you that was the farthest thing from my mind.

Ah, there. You see? I wasn't trying to be negative. I was attempting to be silly. I just wasn't doing it very well.

They've got new footage for the Spirits season out. Just mute it so you don't have to listen to the Nick Teens trying to be investigative reporters.
