CJ from Grand theft Auto: San Andreas sister is Kendi

Kratos from God of War used to have a wife and kid. Also apparently once he becomes a god he's technically family with Zeus etc.

Niko Bellic from Grand Theft Auto IV, his cousin Roman is unfortunately always bugging you.

Ephraim, from Fire Emblem. His sister is Eirika, who you play as for a solid portion of the game.

Male Clavat (Player Character) from Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles. All player characters have parents that send them letters and gifts based on the family profession.
