Like the area you were just at, the platform at the back where you can get the sniper rifle is a great place to run to. Because the Handyman will always run up the stairs udner you, and jump to the right side of the platform.

This may be a stupid question, but since you can only have 2 vigors at the same time, how do you get back a vigor you "de-equipped"?

Well for consoles just hold whatever your vigor quick switch button is.
For PC I think it's Q.

No, I'm just very bad at shooters.

You need to buck them broncers and return to them senders.
Seriously just running out into the middle of the ship and aggroing those dumb founding fathers, pulling out return to sender and then taking out half their health in a single use.
If this does that in 1999 mode it must one shot them in anything medium or lower.

That fight was pretty challenging and fun in my opinion. Took me three tries I think, until I figured out the right combo of weapons and vigors to use. The gear that gives you temporary invulnerability after landing from a skyrail was really helpful.

If you upgrade charge so that it restores your shields when you use it it'll be almost invaluable.
Blood to salts was actually a life saver in 1999 mode so I'm thankful for that.
And with the airship I don't think I've ever lost on that level.
