Did you get the Remedy sorcery from BlightTown? It only has 4 charges but it's pretty good for avoiding item consumption when it comes to poison and toxic. It's in the second Shanty town near the Valley of the Drakes.

I did, but I have so little faith and the only majjiks I use is pyromancies.

I got enough faith for heal so I didn't use Estus whenever I needed a little heal.

I'm level 61, but it's not that big of a deal anymore. This whole area doesn't seem too hard.

Make sure you're in human form so the NPC darkwraith will invade you.

You need Intelligence for Sorceries. And you only need 14 int to cast Remedy (which you still might not have, but I just wanted to clarify).

Also yeah, Painted World isn't the most difficult place. It is really cool though, and it has a ton of neat shit hidden in it.

Ve: yeah, but you'll miss out on an Ember that way if you don't have the Master Key.

I used to have trouble with the painted world because WHEEL SKELETONS but I found out you can skip that entirely.

yea those wheelie fuckers are annoying as shit, i would use a spear/shield combo to tank them while hitting them

It's a quick way to get souls early on in the game.

Painted World has harpies and those were the only super-annoying enemies in there.

It's only now that the Furysword has become useful, as everything in here seems to be weak to fire.

Anyways I skipped the boss because she seemed nice and I don't want a scythe or a dagger so whatever. Helped a couple guys do some co-op and walked out at level 67, which is a solid 6 higher than I was, and with about 17000 souls so I can do some upgrading to my Zweihander that I'm gonna need to get used to using.
