the game in the comic is deus ex human revolution
it's the third in the deus ex series
the deus ex games are always about conspiracies underlying some sort of global problem. Human revolution is all about the ethical problems surrounding augmentations for people with some decrying it as unnatural while others embrace it. You play jensen, the chief of security for this huge augmentation company. He's augmented himself and he plays detective for his company, whether sneaky or shooting down loads and loads of people. clearly katie chose the sneaky route on this one.
