I don't drink, and won't until I'm 21.

The drinking age is 18 here, though I cant recall if I drank when I was 17 or not. I remember my first real buzz, I just dont remember what year it was.

I'd drink sparatically whenever my parents did at home, but my first real "drinking" didn't really happen until I moved a little aways from the University where it was close enough to cater to that "crowd" but far enough where the University couldn't really control it. This was when I was around 19 or 20.

So the strawberry mead ended up finishing the fermentation about a month sooner than I expected. Now I need to decide what flavor to do next. Since I'm doing a double batch for the next round (after I order the supplies for it, which may be a while, given some unexpected expenses elsewhere), I'm going to do one plain mead and one flavored gallon.
What flavor do you guys think I should do? the options I've come up with so far are

spiced metheglin (herbs and spices steeped in the must)
orange
lemon/lime
apple/pear
raspberry
vanilla
some combination of the above

Suggesstions go!

Maybe vanilla and spice? Or one of the two.

I imagine you'll eventually try all these anyway may as well try something different to the strawberry.

I just found out that in the state of Louisiana it's legal for minors to drink on private property with or without their parents' permission, and in restaurants and bars as long is they're with their parents.

This opens up so many new opportunities, and I only have so much time
