I really don't understand that at all. A DARK Knight can't use dark magic. :psyduck:

So I have both Nowi and Yarne at max level.

And I can't decide what to reclass them as.

I'm thinking Yarne as Swordmaster (pick up Astra, also follow in his father Lon'qu's footsteps) and Nowi as possibly a mage (to get that skill that gives crit boost when soloing) or another healing class, since I might need more than one later.

Thoughts? What did you guys do?

I swapped Nowi to wyvern rider for sweet dragon-on-dragon action

My Ricken has great defense so I might swap him to a physical class after he hits level 20

Tharja as a Dark Knight is a freaking juggernaut. Shame she can't use dark magic anymore but honestly she doesn't need it.
Tharja as anything is great. I promoted her to Sorceress and when she does take damage she just activates Vengeance and increases her already terrifying damage output.

Sorcerer is best class. Nosferatu, vengeance, and high def/res means that anything short of lethality or counter-induced self KO will just kill itself fighting you, while you stay at peak HP.

I think I'm at the last chapter. All that storyline craziness up to this point was pretty epic, but I won't go into it.

My only problem is there's still a coupla' kids I didn't get. And it's too late now cause everyone I don't already have paired up is super underleveled.

I guess I'll have to do another playthrough, and plan out pairings in advance. God, this game makes me feel like a shipper and I don't know how I feel about that.

I did that, and was able to pull Henry out of the barrel.

Tried it with Tharja... she's level 12, with 25 hp. She does 3 damage, max. I'm at the point where most of the Risen are promoted already. If I stick with it and get some luck, I could maybe get her up... but I don't think Donnel is going past level 2 at this point. Or Mirabelle past level 3.

Wait, what?

You can buy Reeking Box for 500g, and use it on prologue or chapter 1 for weak enough Risen to put the character you want to level and a support to combine for easy exp.

And you pretty much always get at least 1 bullion(s) to off-put the price of the reeking box, making 500g back at least each mission.

On hard and higher difficulties, reeking boxes cost 4800g.

This. I started playing on Hard, and saw this price, and wrote them off. But then when I switched down to Normal (because razzin frazzin suicidal NPCs) I just... never noticed they were cheap. I might be the worst.

But I used Outrealm a bit. Ricken keeps not getting magic growths, but at least he isn't dying. Now my problem is Marth stealing my kills. I guess now that I've been enlightened, I can switch to boxes...

Also DAT ENDING.
