Guys you get like 8 partners in Paper Mario 2 this is to be expected.

So which one will be used to get things on distant ledges?

And which will blow up walls?

I don't think they'll always get princesses...

But yes ending up with a party of about 8 bunnies by the end of the comic seems reasonable.

The only two other princesses we know of are Princess Piano and Princess Sunshine. I'm hoping we at least get a prince or something because the gender ratio in the party will be way off if it's all princesses.

I think it'd be funny if Brambleby ended up being the Princess of Flower Kingdom.

And I'm getting the impression that Peridot or Punisher Pumice (If they happen to be separate people) might be the princess of the split Crystal Kingdom.

Cosmo might be the Space Princess.

Haha, that's a fun theory, but I think Peridot was actually watching Punisher Pumice when Cordelia interrupted her a few pages ago.
If Peridot actually was a princess, they could probably get her signature on Cuco's sword anyway because she owes Almond for giving her the last disaster stone.

my other working theory is that the two of them are sisters if they're not the same person. Peridot might have a bit of an inferiority complex. I do think she was watching punisher pumice, but it was either out of narcissism/pride (maybe not knowing how the episode came out due to editing?) or jealousy/begrudging awe.

Or I'm reading too much into it.
