I know I'm massively slowpoking on this, but I've been playing through Dragonball Xenoverse and remembering a bunch of stuff, like when Goku fought Super Android 13 and got punched in the crotch. Never did it before, so I decided to look up the scene YouTube and press pause at the moment of impact. Honestly wasn't expecting a visualization of them cracking like that.

I am really curious about how they'll go about catching the manga.

I hope they'll wait for quite some time before Boku No Hero Academia gets an anime.

Hopefully they'll spend just as long on ensuring each episode is as obscenely good as the manga pages, though that would require quite the budget.

I just finished a little compilation of horror stories called Fuan no Tane and it's just the right amount of creepiness for me to enjoy. My favorite one was probably the one with Mr. Newt.

Been reading a ton of Junji Ito's horror manga over the past two days. Pretty good stuff, but I have to wonder, is there some thing in japanese culture about high school romance? Because there's way more focus on it in this stuff than you'd see in western comics ,especially horror. A lot of focus on suicide too.

Highschool is one of the most important times in a japanese persons life, what college you can get into is a huge deal and pretty much determines the rest of your life. This means highschool is also the last chance to experiment alot and plan out your life

I knew that aspect, but its a bit odd with all these games and rituals they have specifically for romance stuff in the high school setting, it seems more like something you'd see in grade school in the west.

Actually, now that I think of it, I cant recall every seeing a manga or anime set in a college, its almost always either high school or as adults. You'd think with all the work they put into getting into a university, that would have more focus in the media
