I started laughing when Beyond's castle just flew off into the horizon. It looked so ridiculous that I couldn't control myself.

Gotta disagree with you on Wing dudebro. Except for some early exceptions like Lake Victoria or when Quatre and his posse would show up, the Gundams in Wing happened to lose ALOT if not most of their battles. Sure they mightve been tanking every hit under the sun but they would always be forced back by amassed conventional OZ forces. I found that very interesting since half the time theyd just rush in and start destroying shit only to be steadily forced back without acomplishing jack all. And then came the mobile dolls..........which come to think of it I dont remember a single instance of a piloted non-named character suit actually beating a mobile doll in combat, Taurus, Virgo or otherwise.

The only steamroll victories I remember were when more than two Gundams were in the same place and even then sometimes they only won because it was more beneficial for Trieze if they did. (Murdering the pacifists)

I never said they won fights, I said the fights they were in aren't very interesting to watch. I see how me saying they were indestructible is confusing though.

Most fights have the gundam(s) come in, stand there being all pretty and start shooting and/or maybe slashing a bit, only to be shot at a lot but never be damaged all that much. Even the fight where Trowa, Duo and Quattre have to go to space that ends with Sandrock being selfdestructeddoesn't have them actually doing anything interesting or be damaged. All that happens is that Deathscythe falls over once.

Yeah Gundanium Alloy is kinda bullshit though. Serious damage only seems to occur when faced with either truly overwhelming firepower or high output beam weapons. Keep in mind though that even if the unit isnt damage on the exterior the pilots are CONSTANTLY getting knocked around inside their suits by the sheer force of impacts alone.

I loved the latest episode of Kill la Kill. Ryuko's rage-monster form was very disturbing, and I sort of saw it coming that Satsuki had going on a warpath in her plans. Also by the looks of it there's going to be a new character introduced in the next episode coming up in a few weeks.

Log Horizon was great as well. While there was finally some more action, the whole diplomatic and political side of the story has grown on me. Also Shiroe looks quite classy in a suit.

That's just one line in one scene out of an entire series. If she's meant to be an important recurring character I'm pretty sure they will not have butchered her entire characterization. Also, you'd think Watanabe and the rest of the team would have kept a closer eye on the localization efforts considering how unique it is that this show's dub comes out before the original.

So yeah a friend of mine told me to watch Mirai Nikki and based on the way he was laughing I'm worried.
