How am I just now watching Nichijou, I love this so much

Love all of the anti-humor in it. The principal is the best.

Reading the Attack on Titan manga is turning out to be a pretty good decision.

In which Zangetsu is revealed to have been a Quincy Douchebag the whole time.

I noticed, but I figured it was because of Tite's similar face stuff.

I think that's how he comes up with this shit these days.

Would not be surprised if that was the case. I don't put much faith into someone claiming to have planned out a story when their later stuff contradicts earlier work.

Yup. But oh well, it's the last story arc so we're nearing the end.
Naruto is near the end too.
Only One Piece is still going and going and going even though it's the oldest of the three.

One Piece never gets old because everyone is stupidly overpowered so there's always someone to smack Luffy around.

Also the whole Marineford arc was awesome.

I meant oldest as in "around the longest", but yeah it's always fun to read.

Yeah, but he could easily have intended Shinji to show up sooner, then gotten an idea once he reached the Soul Society arc and pulled him. There was no actual foreshadowing though. I mean I've seen manga where it reveals a character really early, but it foreshadows their eventual contribution to the plot.

In my latest adventure towards finding the perfect anime, I watched Hajime No Ippo, the entire thing (about 70 episodes) in a little over a week.

I never woulda guessed that an anime based around boxers would be quite this entertaining. Minor character developments really put in work in this one. It is, however, a lot more straight forward than most animes. Considering it's realistic fiction with a very defined plot, there are few surprises and game changing moments. All side plots feel pointless compared to the main plot.

Still, it's a very good anime. Check it.
