it's not like fanservice is a thing that's found only in anime
there's a shit ton of fanservice in western culture as well

it also depends on what you're watching, as there are shows like K-ON! and YuruYuri that have casts composed entirely of cute little girls and their sisters, and then you have shows like One Piece and Bleach that have the occasional pantyshot/hot spring episode

for example that gif I posted could be called fanservice even though there's nothing inherently sexual about it

flash frame panty shots are becoming a relic of the past, can't remember the last time I saw one in something recent

some shows have full on tits, some go for teasing and more-is-less

"moe usage" is even more subjective, there's nothing stopping someone watching some heavy psychological cyberpunk show like Serial Experiments Lain and thinking "Lain is cute"

First episode of JJBA aired today in Japan.
Mixed opinions so far. I liked it. The music wasn't really great and the episode rushed a bit but it looked pretty good, the animation was ok and the voice acting was good. I expected something better for the Ending but hey, at least the music is good. Wait & See.

Im afraid to find a link. I don't want to be disappointed with Phantom Blood. I really don't.

Watched the first episode of K because somebody said it gave them TWEWY vibes.

I didn't really get that but i'm curious enough to go ahead and keep with it for a few weeks at least.

Also just watched the first episode of JoJo. I've got to agree with pretty much everything Great Handsome Oppressor said on that, though.
