Okay, so, I've finished two parts of the Gundam "Trilogy", Zeta and 0079. I just got CCA and wondering if i should/can watch ZZ. Should I even try?
ZETA GUNDAM SPOILERS IN TAGS. DONT YOU DARE READ THEM JOH
My personal advice is yes. It will be a drastic change in tone from Zeta in the first third (
Case in point: the setup is the Argama is forced to rereat from Gryps to a neutral colony with FA AND HER METHUSS as the only able pilot and they still manage to survive more than a single day with that dumb bitch "protecting" them) with some truly silly shit thrown (Moon Moon, Beecha and Mondo being shitheads, Bright's odd realtionship with chickens) but once it gets back to Earth the series really picks up in both action and drama with Judau becoming a protagonist youll really love. Besides, skipping right to CCA without any explaination of what happened to
the newly all powerful Haman and Neo Zeon who came out of the Gryps Conflict BY FAR the strongest force in the Earth Sphere after goosing both the EFF and the AEUG makes things really kind of vauge when Casval enters the picture again.
Also youll love this suave motherfucker within 5 episodes

EDIT: Now Ive got ZZ on the brain and have been rewatching it. Theres a criminally empty space on my shelf between my Neo Zeon Bawoo and my EFF GM III kits where an AEUG suit should go. Someday Ill have a HGUC ZZ Gundam!
